Policies

All glasses are a custom item.  Our return policies are as follows:
If you have a prescription made in our store using our doctor, and there is a problem where you cannot see clearly and comfortably, we will first check the RX to see that it was fabricated correctly. Then after that is verified we will try adjusting the glasses. If this does not work we will then ask one of doctors to check the RX. If there is a RX change we will change the lenses to the new RX at no charge to the patient. This will be repeated a total of 3 tries. If after 3 tries we are not able to get your vision to be clear and comfortable we will refund you the full purchase price of the glasses.

1. If you come in with an outside RX, we will first check and verify that the Rx is correct. After verifying that we will again try adjusting the glasses. After that we will then have one of our doctors double check the outside RX which is a refraction at no charge to the patient. If a change is found we will then change the lenses at no cost to the patient. This will be done a total of 3 tries, if the patient is not seeing comfortably and clearly after that we will refund the full purchase price of the glasses.

2. All frame warranties are 1 year from the manufactures. Typically replacements are made sending the broken part or frame back and replacing it with a new frame or part. There is a $15-$25 processing fee.
Our lens warranties are 1 year, 1 time replacement against scratching, cracking or breakdown. There is a $15-$25 fee.

3. Our standard AR warranty is 1 year, 1 time replacement against scratching, cracking or breakdown. There is a $15-$25 fee.

4. Crizal and Seiko AR offer a 2 year, 2 time replacement with the replacement being 1 for the first year then 1 for the second year. Against scratching, cracking or breakdown. There is a $15-$25 fee.

5. Contact lenses, once the boxes have been opened are unreturnable and there are no refunds on opened boxes. If the patient returns a sealed box they can be returned for a full refund.
